This session will review the seminal Virginia cases that interpret the VCPA, major exclusions from the VCPA, issues of proof in VCPA litigation, and the availability of certain damages for VCPA violations. This CLE is intended to provide practitioners who are new to the VCPA with the tools to take on a consumer protection case.
